Calling all climbers or wanna-be climbers! April's PAA WoW route will take us up into the hills above the Rose Bowl for the famous ShLOC climbing.

This is a challenging, but do-able ride for anyone looking to up their hill climbing ability. When I started riding this was (and still is) my favorite local go-to ride to prepare me for metric centuries or full centuries. It’s centrally located, and there is very little traffic. Also, there are great views from some of the hill tops. It is a very efficient and satisfying ride once you get used to the hills.

The route starts and ends at the Rose Bowl https://www.strava.com/routes/2812821216457383848 is 33 miles with 3,502 ft. Thank you to Julie Hale for the route this month.
